Institutions are having to defend investment in Salesforce and our leadership, especially product, is extremely out of touch. The sales cycle is much longer, even for small deals. Leaders apply the same pressure for a 5K deal as as the 500K.

Current Employee4.1Jun 22, 2024Overall experience has always been good. When it comes to progression as there are bottlenecks. Culture is good. Some people have been at current roles for too long, stagnating the rest. Compensation is great. Team culture is great as well.
