Overall, very positive experience at Salesforce. Love the company and culture of performance. Leadership is tough on, but fully backs the sales team. Compensation is at times unclear in commission plans. Spiffs are common. Development is consistent. One of the best sales orgs.

Zero career advancement for anything below mid market. Way too many false promises and the RTO is completely toxic. Great culture and overall good benefits but not what it used to be unless you can grind through brutal networking demands even as a consistent top performer.
