Current Employee4.4Aug 27, 2024My overall experience was positive. There are endless learning opportunities given the size of the product portfolio and the business units that reps can sell into. Compensation is less than market due to the fact that there is so much talent at Salesforce and waiting to get into Salesforce.

Now that they sales are struggling there is SOOO much micromanagement and focus on irrelevant KPIs just so that your manager can manage up.
