Not the company culture I was sold at interview. Its quite backstabby and the recent changes in the way reps are judged has driven some very self centred and not customer centric behaviours. Saying that if you get a good patch and a good manager there is potential to make a lot of money and help drive great results for clients because the products are market leading for a reason.

Company is great on the surface but it depends on the manager you get assigned plus your patch. I’ve seen people get terrible patches and it tank the year. It’s a been a down year in tech so inbounds are few and far between.
