Seems like Salesforce's time as a SAAS leader has ended, or ended long ago. Product-market fit is fine, but there are many competitors now who offer what Salesforce does for less, with less restrictive contracting as well.

Experience depends on your team and manager . If you have a good manager who is supportive and understanding, it could be a great place to work.
