as you can expect from a fortune 500 company there's a lot of expectations and pressure especially around Q4.
if you don't perform by the one year and three months mark you're out. they consistently fire people at the one year and three month mark if they don't see the ROI.
Not many people here quota it was kinda amazing if somebody did.
