Culture and leadership are going down hill and constantly getting beat out by our competitors in the SMB space. Pay is not very competitive compared to other companies and territories are getting smaller every year but quotas are getting higher.

As growth has naturally slowed The push for that growth has lead to leadership becoming much harsher when interacting with employees. Salesforce SMB has begun laying employees off after or even within 1 quarter of missing quota even if they hit the previous quarter
