Salesforce was great when I first joined. Everyone was focused on selling and growing. It then became very focused on ESG and productivity quickly fell.

I loved working here for my first 2 years but in the last 18 months the culture has slowly changed for the worst. Great leaders have been replaced by yes men obsessed with boxticking, the strategy is completely scattergun and now there is an atmosphere of fear.
