Salesforce is massive and experience can vary quiet a bit between different orgs/verticals. Great leadership but a lot of pressure on teams to hit targets that were unattainable given the ave. deal size, product fit in SMB, needless distractions constantly taking time away from revenue generating activities, economic challenges. Remote onboarding was a struggle with pressure to build pipeline right away.

My experience wasn’t what I thought it would. So many people come and go and unless you’re grandfathered in it’ll be hard to get good accounts. Lack of training, development and leads. OTE is a pipe dream for most. Some reps make a ton of money but most don’t get close to their OTE.
