Former Employee2.0Nov 26, 2024Horrible leadership, was told it would take 6 months to get up to speed and start closing deals. My manager threatened to PIP me after 60 days with my accounts. Was PIPed less than 7 months in role (5 months with accounts). 80% of people I spoke to there were miserable and said they wanted to leave. Lots of politics and kissing butt.
