The leadership at that time was not good, new managers without experience. Overtime many AE left the company due to frustration for the market. Not enough BDRs, 1 BDR for 3-4 AE in new territories green field.

Overall it is decent but there are competitors in the space who make significantly more. Salesforce needs to start to innovate better, there are a lot of competitors and Microsoft is doing well these days.

This company is really a joke. The onboarding has no correlation to your job, so yes it's nice to have a month of paid freedom, but once you get your accounts it's like drinking from a fire hose.
