I have had a wonderful experience at Salesforce. The culture is great and the people are amazing. In my first role as an SDR, I have learned so much. I do wish we were compensated better based on the amount of hours that we work and also wish there was a bit more diversity in the workplace. Overall, I have had a very welcoming and great experience.

Like most sales jobs, manager and territory can make or break the experience. Overall great pay for corporate tech world BDR job. Bit of a house of cards with the KPI inflation needed to just maintain your employment/have a potential for promotion.
