Former Employee3.9Jun 18, 2024Salesforce was a phenomenal place to work. The culture and people are great. An AE, regardless of vertical or segment, can make uncapped commission and salaries are in-line with other big SaaS companies in the US.

Former Employee3.3Aug 10, 2023Overall it is how I expected a big public sales org to behave. Territories are lean, feast or famine, it takes at least a couple of years to get it...when you do you don't want to leave and then get promoted to first line leadership. Overall it's worth joining the company but you need to be prepared for the mental grind.

Current Employee2.4Jan 5, 2024My experience wasn’t what I thought it would. So many people come and go and unless you’re grandfathered in it’ll be hard to get good accounts. Lack of training, development and leads. OTE is a pipe dream for most. Some reps make a ton of money but most don’t get close to their OTE.
