How is the Diversity up and down the Management roles? Any Female leaders?

I work in the UK market and just in my direct reporting line 4 of the 5 positions above me are female sales leaders including executive positions. It may be different in the US.

- Executive VP & CEO UK & Ireland (female)
- President & CRO for EMEA (female)

At the very top level Marc Benioff has 13 global C Level direct reports currently. 5 of these are female.

Great question! Salesforce has committed to employing at least 40% women across the workforce. In regards to executive leadership 3 of the 13 executive members are women and 4 of the 15 board members are women.

In regards to female to male middle management I am not sure of an accurate statistic; however, in my tenure of over 3 years I have had 3 female managers/directors and only 1 male manager.

For accurate numbers on ethnic breakdown I would go on Salesforce's website for that data.

You must not have bothered to peruse LinkedIn or look at Salesforce’s website before posting this question?

Short answer is, if you have table-stakes, successful Enterprise SaaS selling skills/experience, it’s MASSIVELY beneficial to one’s career upward mobility to be a woman!

Salesforce has always been a leader in equality and inclusion.  There are more female leaders at Salesforce than any organization I have ever seen.

It's an old boys club honestly.  There are some women in executive leadership positions as you can see here.

As you move down to the SVP layer female leadership is similarly sparse.

Absolutely there are female leaders and some of the best in the business!  Equality is one of SF's Core Values and they not only tout it, they live it everyday!
