Great company to work for with the potential to make a lot of money quickly! Only downsides are you have to do a lot of prospecting (even as an AE), and the work/life balance isn’t always great - customers can be demanding - but overall, the products are incredible, sales cycles are short, and you will develop excellent skills as a rep. You own the entire sales process and there’s minimal red tape.

big market share so not a hard sell, but performance varies a lot across territories. the big accounts bring in most of the revenue. the training and development is quite basic, and culture can be hostile at times

Since merging with SS&C, the company's culture has deteriorated significantly, and compensation levels have also declined as SS&C aims to increase profitability margins.
