My overall experience was pretty good. The pay is well below market value, but most people tend to hit targets and the culture is good so you ignore the pay for awhile. Great starting out point in your career because of the investment into your training and the need in the market will give you lots of opportunity to fail and grow.

Great place to work. Leadership cares about you, as much as they can being in a sales role. You are armed with everything you need to be successful. Money is average when compared to the market.
