Current Employee SOTI has a great product which can truly help organizations with managing their devices and lowering operational costs. However, the go-to-market strategy is horrendous. The leadership really isn't in the weeds and doesn't fully understand the customer needs. Focusing on exceptions rather than the rule to structure their strategy. From a compensation standpoint, SOTI used to have a wonderful system. As of 2024, they changed this drastically, by increasing quotas by 4 times what they initially were, causing a massive drop in reps hitting quota. It is sad to see, when the leadership and sales operations creates more work and obstacles to hit quotas. Browse Other Reviews
