SHI is progressively getting worse for Sales People and AE's. The last 3-yrs have brought several large pay cut to the sales teams and they are not done yet. It appears the new leadership is laser focused on minimizing AE compensation.

The company is highly regional. Some regions are wonderful while others are not. They are currently getting ready to sell and making cuts to once great pay structure. Still plenty of opportunity to make money.

Biggest hurdles to success is internal. Great place to start your career in tech but not a long term option for most.
