My Overall experience was pretty decent. The people were great managers were great, but the expectations were very high. Quotas are very hard to meet. Training very minimal.

SHI is progressively getting worse for Sales People and AE's. The last 3-yrs have brought several large pay cut to the sales teams and they are not done yet. It appears the new leadership is laser focused on minimizing AE compensation.

Unfortunately the glory days are over. SHI used to be an incredible place to work but those days are done. They are looking to go public and the CFO thinks sales is overpaid so they will be cutting comp and resources consistently.
