My overall experience was not great. Compensation is terrible! The way they disperse accounts is rather unfair and biased.

Positives: High earning potential, strong technical sales support, rewarding and ongoing relationships with customers, and strong investment back into the company primarily in people and services. Negatives: immature internal processes and fragmented workflows between departments can create a time suck for sales.

Comp plans are now standardized. Base pay reduction and lowered commission split.

Leadership is out of touch, lacking long-term vision and short-term strategy. 35% employee churn rate each year. The comp plan was reduced this year. Would not recommend but in this market, take what you can get. Good tech exp.
