Leadership is out of touch, lacking long-term vision and short-term strategy. 35% employee churn rate each year. The comp plan was reduced this year. Would not recommend but in this market, take what you can get. Good tech exp.

The base pay was low, and the culture was non existent if you were a remote employee. They only care about the employees who work in office and are promoted from there.
