Its Club, you better play the corporate game right away. They like people who value culture over pay. They set unattainable goals and keep people who they like whether they hit those goals or not. Your target is just last year business plus 25%. they have 30% less sellers in this role than last year. the average tenure of any rep is 2 years and only 30% of people reached their target for 2024

The only constant at SHI is change. If you can't handle your comp being slashed, having onerous data collection duties placed upon you or working in a horribly toxic culture, don't work there. The senior leaders are completely out of touch with the sales reps on the ground. There is absolutely zero sales training. You're a number in a spreadsheet.
