New AE's do get started on a 125K guarantee. Sounds nice but can be deceiving. 50k base and the rest paid out as commission. The pay can get rough especially if you are starting to build a territory from scratch. Commission isn't capped, but your quota is set on a quarterly basis. Great culture, fun people but there is little support for sellers and no opportunity to increase compensation without a promotion; no raises, no changes to commission structure.
