Its Club, you better play the corporate game right away. They like people who value culture over pay. They set unattainable goals and keep people who they like whether they hit those goals or not. SHI is progressively getting worse for Sales People and AE's. The last 3-yrs have brought several large pay cut to the sales teams and they are not done yet. It appears the new leadership is laser focused on minimizing AE compensation.
