SHI has fallen far from where it was. My understanding is they've started taxing the sales reps and taking massive amounts of GM back from the teams. This place is on a rocketship to get acquired by PE and gutted. I'd stay away.

Really bad management, base pay, leadership, and development. Once you are in the role, they do not care unless you sell more. They force you to do awful baseline trainings reserved for people who just entered the IT space for the first time. They will give you no benefits or perks that are not sponsored by other vendors, ever.

The base pay was low, and the culture was non existent if you were a remote employee. They only care about the employees who work in office and are promoted from there.
