Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great place to be if you have a great territory and manager. Some people will be given active accounts, while others are given inactive accounts. You're measured like an SDR, AE, AM all at once. 95% of the opportunities you generate will be from outbound, and you won't have the tech stack to help you achieve your outbound goals. Fairly political on the inside, so make sure you manage expectations and work on building relationships with directors and VPs for promotion. Make sure to ask in-depth questions about quota attainment and KPI's when interviewing. I was baited by a good OTE, and no one on my team hit that number in their first year. It will take you at least a year to build up a good book of business before you start making real money. Couple people on my team were PIPed and fired within 6-7 months of being there. Overall I would recommend if you do your due diligence and know what territory you're in, and ask about the accounts you'd be receiving, those 2 factors determine your success in the role. Good luck!
