Flavor of the month...new targets that come after the month starts...constant change of comission structure during the quarter...overall poor leadership...managers do their best but they aren't given a lot to work with when your CSO wants to make a name for himself and blasts the entire sales org in his town hall sessions.

Great experience so far - onboarding was fantastic and the team is great. Not a lot of micro management if you're doing well. Huge focus on overachieving and high performance. Negative: targets have increased every quarter by almost 20% since I've started.

I was with the Kompyte business unit. The product is vastly inferior to Klue + Crayon. The Sales team had 12 head to head deals with Klue in Q1 and lost all of them. The CEO and COO don't know what they're doing and are scared for their jobs. They have a habit of randomly firing people and blaming them for the current quarter's numbers.
