The Firm is ok to work for but most of the Team will never meet quota due to low demand and very complex solution to sell. Company only lives of the success from the last 20 years. Promising new solution on the way but the clients would rather stick with the old therefore no urgency to switch.

A lot of good people are leaving SAS. Strong people have been laid off, and the good people left standing are seeing the writing on the wall and finding new opportunities. I loved the SAS company culture, great benefits, and good people. SAS was a once great company with diminishing prospects.
