Great company, but focus on the lower Midmarket is being erased over time. Base salaries leave are lower than the average Enterprise software organizations

SAP is struggling to go to the cloud and our customer service is not great. In general, customers do not like us and I don't think we are trending in the right direction as a company. The culture is very political and the company doesn't really care if their employees are leaving. SAP is not what it once was, unfortunately.
