How good you do really depends on your territory and accounts. Many people do not hit quota or even get close. Some people consistently hit quota. Lots of change throughout the company consistently and it is hard to keep up with

Internal politics are big here. You have to know how to navigate this or else you’ll drown. Compensation is very competitive. Unrealistic expectations from management.
