Vast majority of people I work with are smart and helpful. Selling ERP into the midmarket can be challenging given the size and complexity of the offering.

SAP is a true German engineering company with very solid financial foundation. Not necessarily a 'sales' organisation. Which determines valuation of 'Culture and Leadership' seen through a sales' view.

My overall experience at SAP was as average of a job you can get. Sadly I was played on compensation realizing my salary was half of my peers under same responsibilities, same quota numbers etc. I made it to president’s club, several recognitions, but compensation never changed despite escalations.
