Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at SAP was as average of a job you can get. Sadly I was played on compensation realizing my salary was half of my peers under same responsibilities, same quota numbers etc. I made it to president’s club, several recognitions, but compensation never changed despite escalations.
Leadership is absent and Ego driven which makes the company imposible to steer or transform into a modern workplace. Most work to serve themselves instead of working to serve. Extremely political. Most do not know what they are doing and point fingers to employees. Real Innovation is on the low side, ever changing strategies and messaging by CXOs do not allow any strategy to penetrate and be relevant to the market outside of ERP. Company has had difficulties adopting the SAAS model but has strategies in place. They are getting messaging into IA, but the execution of it looks like none.
Overall is another big tech company trying to keep relevant.
