Current Employee3.7Mar 2, 2024Culture in the West has gotten ridiculously bad. Lots of promotions of unqualified people, who fire or push out the best and most talented. Senior leadership has turned a blind eye. It’s unfortunate as there’s lots of upside and opportunity, but most can’t handle the toxic culture that has developed.

Sadly I was played on compensation realizing my salary was half of my peers under same responsibilities, same quota numbers etc. I made it to president’s club, several recognitions, but compensation never changed despite escalations.
