Great product market fit and industry leader in their space. Pay is way under market due to the business’s margins. Overall average place to work. It was a good stepping stone company but there are better options.

Run, don’t walk. Comp structure makes OTE unattainable. Leadership is disconnected and you are expected to grind relentlessly against a quota that is 40% growth YoY.
