Run, don’t walk. Comp structure makes OTE unattainable. Leadership is disconnected and you are expected to grind relentlessly against a quota that is 40% growth YoY.

Poor leadership and laid off about 5 sales reps on the Enterprise team mid 2023. The comp plan at the start of 2023 was so bad that 2 top performing reps quit before they changed it. That and constant meetings about how the team is underperforming are what you're dealing with here. Avoid unless you have no other options.

Not the best experience in many ways, but very solid product offering. Hard to sell based on price, but when you get a client that is interested you can get it across the line quickly.
