My overall experience in sales was very good. Traveled the world, sold the best solutions, and worked with the best customers. Despite the success, I was not able to pay my team what they were worth and we did not move fast enough to meet customer needs at times. Sales enablement was almost non-existent as well. Culture needs some work as well if they want to retain top talent

A good opportunity with a strong product in manufacturing ERP space. Recent acquisition has proven challenging, with seemingly limited upward mobility for top performing SDR’s.
