My overall experience in sales was very good. Traveled the world, sold the best solutions, and worked with the best customers. Despite the success, I was not able to pay my team what they were worth and we did not move fast enough to meet customer needs at times. Sales enablement was almost non-existent as well. Culture needs some work as well if they want to retain top talent

Growing pains, but product and vision is there. Transitioning to more of an ARR company with core products, so is a bit of a culture shock to long timers .

Rockwell Automation has a good culture and encourages development, however they rely heavily on existing install base and reputation without really innovating to meet the market needs.
