Growing pains, but product and vision is there. Transitioning to more of an ARR company with core products, so is a bit of a culture shock to long timers .

My experience with Rockwell has been positive for a majority of the time. Great management that has really worked so the the team tj make sure they feel supported and knowledgeable enough tk be successful.

Lack of leadership and direction. Very minimal training or onboarding for a large company. Lots of turnover.

Lacking leadership direction and efficient product strategy/execution. A lot of hand waiving and no execution. Management doesn’t address the actual issues and often avoids the elephant in the room. Heavily process driven with no acceptance of workplace creativity.
