Company culture in transition under new sales leadership. External executive leadership brought in from enterprise software companies have ruined the company culture. Several have been fired recently (a few still remain). Back fills are now coming from the old ranks in trying to rebuild the culture to its former glory.

Working at Rockwell is great because you get to see “How it’s made” by visiting global manufacturers, but leadership direction is questionable and compensation structure gets worse every year.
