My overall experience onboarding was positive, but following the training program, it was difficult to understand how to be successful. Compensation was confusing and working with our distributors was often difficult. Management was supportive, great DE&I programs, compensation was not competitive.

Great organization where you get support from everyone and everywhere. Industry leader in industrial automation. Only negative aspect in sales is that there is too much dependency on the distributor.
