Over it’s a great company with great values and great products but still lack of products for the Enterprise. They are moving towards capitalizing the Enterprise market but still is far as a company.

There is a strong focus on growth in both market share and revenue however the current compensation structure does not match the expected outcomes for the sales team. It currently incentivizes the managers to push for growth without paying for the performance.
