the entire commission structure for SDRs is a joke. If you’re in a market that is over 4 years into operations good luck finding new opps. The entire business model is that they only take on clients they find savings for no matter the interest level. This in turn causes you to miss deals that would be quickly closed otherwise because pricing can not find the needed...Read More

Great leadership with a great training program. Low OTE at the start, but does have a ramp up that seems to be okay

Pretty nice people, but a lot of red-tape in getting deals to the finish line and some of the AE's were just coasting so deals would fizzle out. Industry is antiquated and not overly receptive toward new technology.
