The entire business model is that they only take on clients they find savings for no matter the interest level. Current Employee3.1Sep 19, 2024Micromanagement. Deals lost for reasons not within your control. Big on daily KPI’s. Managers are supportive if you’re doing well, cold and ignore you’re struggling. No accountability for management. Not all managers are the same. Director of Sales is great.
