the entire commission structure for SDRs is a joke. If you’re in a market that is over 4 years into operations good luck finding new opps. The entire business model is that they only take on clients they find savings for no matter the interest level. This in turn causes you to miss deals that would be quickly closed otherwise because pricing can not find the needed savings.

So far a poor experience. Rain is gonna fall, sun is gonna shine and recruiters are gonna lie. Not a salary position as advertised. It is an hourly wage. Your hours will be based on what makes your manager happiest not your timezone like the recruiter says. Recruiter said remote but no kids allowed find them a place to be.
