My overall experience was bad. This company thrives on high levels of micromanagement and fear, and had an ever-revolving door & wildly high turnover during my tenure. I conservatively saw 20+ team members come and go in a matter of months. The sales team was expected to make miracles happen and hit unrealistic goals.
