Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was bad. This company thrives on high levels of micromanagement and fear, and had an ever-revolving door & wildly high turnover during my tenure. I conservatively saw 20+ team members come and go in a matter of months.
The sales team was expected to make miracles happen and hit unrealistic goals. There were many consecutive quarters w/ the majority of the team including Veteran AEs missing their numbers hugely.
The team had goals that were out of our control and luck based, i.e. increasing phone answers & connections. Despite dial output increasing on average 25-40% across the team and well above the required KPIs, the team regularly missed company desired connection rates.
The final straw was when reps had commissions that were already paid out clawed back on account of delinquent payments from signed clients.
To those still at MediaRadar, ask for your clawback money to be returned, as it was wrongfully taken from you and will likely be paid back. You will be surprised at just how much more was taken without your consent. And to those considering employment at MediaRadar… don’t. Browse Other Reviews
