Former Employee Amazing B2B Sales experience in the SDR org. The people are great and support from lower management is strong. However, Leadership is constantly pivoting focus for the SDR's due to so many products, and the orgs attainment has plummeted in doing so. Quota can feel impossible to hit and often is with terrible account quality, one bad month and promotion can be out of reach for the rest of your tenure. AE's are less likely to convert opportunities because of fear of overall conversion rate % being low, leaving SDR's short of quota. Browse Other Reviews
