Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Sales at Rippling depends on the team you end up in. There's a Core team and a Global team. Core team is working well, staying busy with lots of inbound and an SDR team producing new opportunities. Still some gaps, but most of the team is achieving target. Global team is a disaster. Far too many product gaps, non-competitive product, zero inbound.
Across both teams there is a serious lack of leadership, rules of engagement and convoluted internal processes. Nano-mgmt is the norm at Rippling and its quite a toxic environment. Browse Other Reviews
