My overall experience at this company was negative. Company runs very old fashioned, outdated software and management is about as tone deaf as it gets. They put lipstick on a pig and market it as premium in a commodity industry.

Reynolds certainly has an excellent training program. However, they do not allow for much growth and opportunity within the company. Much of the top talent leaves when they realize they will not be given the opportunity to make more money or take on better roles.
