Bad management. Commission changes every quarter, and is not getting better. They transfer people without having a say to different departments.

Sink or swim, you can make good commission but need to be one of the best reps, i made 30k in a quarter once was ncie but overall not a great place to work unless your a shark looking to secure a bag and get out.

Horrible sales culture, bad training, bad culture of not collaborating. No efficient sales processes or tools to help you out. Can earn good commission but few and far between. Half your team will be fired due to not hitting targets within a year.
