Great place to learn your craft and get a big name on your CV. In your early quarters you can potentially earn impressive payouts. But I wouldn't advise coming here and expecting to forge a long-lasting career. Good, potential comp very good but luck is considerable factor. Comp plan changes implemented every quarter, reps little to no input, can significantly demotivate, through personal forecasts and work out of the window.
