Current Employee Revenue Grid is the strongest product I've sold in my career and offers value to myself as an IC, as well as all levels of leadership in a revenue organization. Unfortunately we're in a very saturated space with no brand awareness so inbound lead flow is non-existent. In the macro conditions of tech sales and economy of today, it's been a very tough grind to create pipeline. We also span multiple "silos" of a SFDC org, so displacing multiple vendors at once is a huge challenge. There have been positive changes in leadership in 2023 which feel like we're moving in the right direction, but without increasing brand recognition it will be tough for any sales person to be successful here. There are minor cultural challenges with being a Ukrainian company and how teams work together internally, but as there have been more USA based hires in recent months this is improving.
